I am going into my fifth year at North City 6 and this is a wonderful community to live in. I can’t say enough about the friendly and responsive staff, quiet atmosphere, cleanliness, and great location to activities, shopping, parks, and greenways all close to the bustling Midtown area. The community’s own monthly activities, and food truck visits are also a wonderful benefit.

I have enjoyed my stay here even though I rented my unit when I was out of state & had only viewed the complex briefly when visiting relatives in the area. The grounds are very clean, the staff is friendly & the underground parking is really nice especially since it rained a lot more than I expected in the past year. Nice amenities & is very pet friendly for folks that have pets. Key fob system issues were resolved fairly quickly 6-8 months ago. It can be a little noisy depending on who your neighbors due to interior access but feels much safer than other complexes. I have a first floor unit & I really only noticed the noise in the last 4 months but it is a small annoyance....

The maintenance crew here at North City 6 is terrific. We have lived here for quite a few years. Any jobs requiring “fixing”in our apartment have been done promptly. The whole crew is friendly. Thanks North City 6 for all the jobs well done! You are appreciated!
