North City 6 is a pet-friendly community!

2 pet limit per home
Non-refundable pet fee is $500 for one pet and $300 fee for the second pet.
$20 monthly pet rent per pet

Restricted breeds:
• Pit Bulls and Staffordshire Terriers
• Doberman Pinschers
• Chow Chows
• Rottweilers
• Presa Canarios
• German Shepherds
